Tell us here: goo.gl www.lockergnome.com lockergnome.net Wolfen, a member of the LockerGnome community, asked: “How do you diagnose computer crashes or freezes?” As long as there have been personal computers, it has fallen on the user to be the first line of defense against issues. Troubleshooting a problem can be a long and tedious task, which may include having to open the case and remove components until the problem goes away. Everyone has their own method and order when troubleshooting. Do you look at the drivers first, potential hardware failure, or recently installed software? When do you decide to format and reinstall? Is there any software that can detect and pinpoint the root of the problem at hand? lockergnome.com http facebook.com

Pessoal, esse é o problema que estou encontrando. Se alguém mais estiver tendo esse problema, comente. Se souber a solução e puder compartilhar nos comentários ficarei agradecido. Abaixo, os e-mails que recebi da EA para tentar solucionar meu problema (e ainda não solucionou): Case: 04218369 (answer 1) Hello Trojjan, Thank you for contacting Electronic Arts. I apologize for any inconvenience. If you are having trouble connecting online or staying connected while playing the game on your Sony PLAYSTATION 3, please perform all the troubleshooting tips listed below: Step 1: Power-cycle your Modem Turn off your modem and leave it unpowered for two minutes before restarting it. (This process will restart your Internet connection.) Step 2: Connect your Console Straight to your Modem Try connecting your PLAYSTATION 3 directly to the Cable/DSL modem using an ethernet cable. If the connection works, your connection issues are most likely being caused by your router. Step 3: Disable your Media Server Connection The Media Server Connection allows other devices to connect to your PLAYSTATION 3. Often, the Media Server Connection is known to cause issues when players try to connect to the Internet for online game play. 1. Access your Xross Media Bar menu 2. Navigate to Settings 3. Select Network Settings 4. Select Media Server Connection and choose the Disable option. Step 4: Disable your Router’s Firewall If you are using a router, please try disabling your firewall on the router to …

Link: www.teamviewer.com TeamViewer has a freeware version of its program that allows you to remotely connect to other PCs. It’s a great tool that I live by, and one of the main reasons why I love it is to remote control other PCs on my home network! See the tutorial to learn more! Youtube tutorial request form spreadsheets.google.com More links and our wiki in the GameDexterity Channel! Other Misc Trivia Info: 1) I realize the tutorial is somewhat “short”. I tell it how it is. I save no time for long winded explanations. 2) If it sounds like I am rushing, well, I am. Fact is people enjoy shorter tutorial videos. If you are not one of those, sorry, learn to deal with it. I cannot win. People complain if videos are short, and if videos are long. It’s so hard to reach a compromise with the Youtube community. *sigh* 3) I use TeamViewer 6 primarily to do file transfer, and to check up on remote torrent downloads. I also used it more times than I can count to remote connect to gamers around the world to fix their port forwarding issues on their router. Isn’t that what my port forwarding tutorial video is for?!
