Reballing, Here is how I fixed the blank screen when tx2000 laptop is switched on and the lights turn on but nothing is on the screen I switched the solder on the video chip from lead free with fresh new solder so it can last long. This problem has occured to 1000s of dell, sony and hp laptops from overheating graphics which causes the video chip to fail in the solder joints where they crack and lose strength. This repair is called reballing.

***UPDATE*** Actually, I had called Dell Tech Support who told me this was a fried graphics card, but because the graphics card and motherboard are all integrated this laptop was sent back to Dell for replacement. To top it all off… this exact same problem happened AGAIN a couple months later. I ditched the Dell and went with a custom built desktop. Personally, I’ll never buy a Dell again as this is the second Dell laptop I’ve bought and had major issues with.

This is apparently a common problem with Samsung’s NC10 and N120 netbook models. Even though this was sent in for repairs to get the screen replaced, the problem did not go away and it continues to get worse. NOTE: This isn’t a hate video towards Samsung. I have purchased many Samsung products before. However, this netbook particularly has had more trouble. Please refrain from any negative comments!

Asus PA246Q flickering issue. Display card: HIS 6950 2GB Input type : displayport, dvi The screen starts flickering suddently within a month after purchasing. Lowering the brightness to 0 helps a bit, but eventually it will start flashing again. If flickering becomes severe the monitor will turn itself off. The montior died completely after flickering for several hours. The power can be turned on, and the Asus Logo shows up as usual, but then the monitor is completely black out and no response at all even pressing the input selector. Called Asus service center and they sent a repaiman on the next day. However the Asus repairman could not repair it and the monitor is picked up by Asus on the third day. UPDATE: Montior has been repaired and sent back to me within a week.

wifibaby.net Watch & Hear your baby at home or away on iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac or PC! ***Note Ethernet cable shown in video is for setup only, the camera is wireless**** Traditional Video Baby Monitors Use open analog radio signals subject to static, picture quality, distance and privacy issues. WiFi Baby 3G™: Uses home WiFi network to stream interference-free, password-protected video & audio to iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac or PC at home or anywhere. What makes a WiFi Baby™ video monitor better than other monitors? Technology. Traditional video monitors work like “rabbit ears” on an old television set. They use analog signals with several open, non-password-protected frequencies similar to a walkie-talkie. If you have a house full of electronics you will receive interference from cordless phones, microwave ovens, remote-control toys — even your existing WiFi network! Distance from the monitor and multiple floors also factor into the interference. None of these issues affect the WiFi Baby 3G™. Our video monitor securely connects to your existing wireless network and sends crystal clear audio and video to your computer or mobile device. Want to work in your office on the first floor or cook dinner on the 2nd floor while your baby safely sleeps in the 3rd floor nursery? No problem. When you buy from WiFi Baby you are purchasing from an American, family owned company with US based customer service and tech support. Our contact information is all over the site. You call us …

First off, unlike the majority of PS2-to-Monitor videos out there, I DO talk and explain what you need instead of posting a ‘soundtrack’ to my video (which makes no sense in helping you understand how easy it is). I show you how to hook-up your PlayStation 2 (PS2) to a Computer Monitor using the V2V Pro Converter – YOU NEED NOTHING MORE and it’s not a complex scenario…I made this video since I never found anything useful online informing me what I needed. I hope this helps you out : ) You can purchase the V2V Pro Converter on Amazon for about $35-40 new…It’s the CHEAPEST solution and the one that works best (I know, I’ve tried a lot)…

UPDATE: Read my latest post on XDA-Developers forum.xda-developers.com Original Message: I bought a HTC Once X and experienced som flickering on grays, for example when clicking on the homebutton twice, where you can see the gray empty screens. There is also a problem when watching youtube on fullscreen – there is some screen glitchng but as soon as i play video with the player controlls the problem disappeared. So i thought it was hardware error, and i returned the phone and got a new one. The same problems appear again on the the second phone. I hope this is a software/driver issue. The screen flickering also appears when you change window in the browser – the animation between two browserwindows. I have uploaded, several examples on youtube, so click on all to see the big picture. Here’s a link to the original video clip that i found and tested it with on my phone: www.youtube.com Software information for the phone: Android version: 4.0.3 HTC Sense version: 4.0 Software number:1.26.401.2 HTC SDK API level: 4.11 HTC Extension version: HTCExtension_403_1_GA_3 Kernel Version: 2.6.39.4-G6B459DC root@ABM032 #1 SMP PREEMPT Mon Mar 19 14:53:27 CST 2012 Basebandversion: 1.1204.90.13 Buildnumber: 1.26.401.2 CL47163 release-keys Browser version: WebKit/534.30 Some screenshots: www.flukeworld.com www.flukeworld.com www.flukeworld.com www.flukeworld.com www.flukeworld.com
