Hi guys, I’ve got a bit of a problem with this monitor. It wont turn on – every time I try and do so, it just flickers like you can see now. The light down the bottom will just turn on and off as if its just about to boot up, and then the logo will flash in the middle, but then it just powers down and keeps re-cycling itself. There’s a slight pop from the speakers which you may be able to make out, but that doesn’t happen on my secondary monitor over here. So, I really don’t have any idea what’s going on. I’ve tried taking the power out and disabling the screen, taking all the cables out and leaving it for a while and that hasn’t helped. So if anybody has any ideas or suggestions, I’d love to hear them. Thanks!

This is a live demonstration of the ATI Flicker problem on my dual screen setup. Whenever I watch a Flash Video, one of my monitors flickers momentarily as the flash video is loaded, and again once it’s closed. It occurs in every browser, regardless of what Windows theme I have selected.

After attempting to replace ram, realized the ram was incorrect for the motherboard, thus putting back the original one back in. After I tried powering it up, the monitor displayed nothing and the computer only beeped 4 times and stayed On. Any ideas?

I’ve been trying to get my ArcadeVGA card hooked up to my Wells Gardner 7191 25″ arcade monitor, but it is having many issues, not the least of which is a constant scrolling image that just won’t lock. Is it a problem with the video cable or something like that? Can anyone please help me out to get this fixed please?

My monitor just stoped working. The backlights dont stay on. The backlights are good, because i tested with a external neon power supply with sound sensor. ~When i turn on the screen normally, the backlight only lights up for like a second, then it turns off.

black screen appears right after startup and the computer freezes. The system recovery button does not respond at all. Only button that works is F1, which trows me into setup where I have no clue what to do. system is a: HP Pavillion, with a 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4200+ running on a Windows XP home edition, which were already installed on the computer when I bought it, so I do not have an XP installation cd. The message that appears just before the screen goes black says: “Realtek RTL8139(X)/8130/810X Boot Agent Press Shift-F10 to configure ………”

www.dslrfilmnoob.com So one of the most irritating things about shooting on pretty much any of canon’s camera line (minus the 7d) is that the HDMI port goes from HD to SD when you press the record button. This normally causes most field monitors to blink, but thanks to a little info from dzoemie you don’t have to put up with this blink any longer. If you set your Lilliput monitor to DVI mode the video footage stays in SD output but you get no blink when you press record. The nice thing is that you can use the hdmi port for video output which frees up the usb port for a usb Follow focus. So if you don’t want to use the RCA output on your camera for monitoring then DVI mode on your Lilliput monitor could be handy.
