this is a video showing how to root the new Evos with new hardware versions and software versions beginning in 3.30 and 3.70. This will work with old Evos as well. Please follow the directions. This is basically the same method used for Unrevoked 3.2.1 except a little easier. Uninstall HTC sync from you computer if you installed it and also Double twist. disable your antivirus and make sure no programs are running on your computer for the duration of the root process. downloads are below. They apologized for the theft of personal information from millions of users of the company’s online services. Hackers targeted Sony’s PlayStation Network, Sony Online Entertainment and Qriocity music systems. In all, Sony says information may have been stolen from more than one hundred million accounts. The data includes information like names, addresses, phone numbers and birthdates. In some cases, even credit and debit card numbers may have been stolen. The United States Federal Bureau of Investigation is looking into the cyber attacks. Sony shut down its PlayStation Network on April twentieth. The company is being criticized for not telling its users about the stolen information until a week later. Sony has also been criticized for not making its accounts more secure by encrypting the data. Sony officials say they have now taken steps to improve security. Peter Warren is chairman of the Cyber Security Research Institute in London. His group studies technology crimes and their effects on our computer-dependent world. Mr. Warren points out that what happened at Sony is not rare: “We’ve seen a number of very large companies that have suffered some tremendously embarrassing losses of data.”The problem, he says, is that there is far more interest in developing technology than in keeping it safe. How to setup internet and MMS picture messaging using your AT&T iPhone on the H2OWireless prepaid service provider. After putting the H2OWireless sim card in your phone, which is available at any Best Buy, even if your phone is AT&T carrier locked you’ll notice the reception bars come up and you can begin calling and texting right away and 3G/4G is available. The only problems you’ll find is that setting up internet and MMS is not immediate, if your phone is locked, as AT&T takes away the APN editing option from the Network preferences of your device. Also the information H2O sends out for setting up this process is incorrect, so I decided to make tutorial on how to do this in a few easy steps.
