HP Monitor Problem

HP Monitor Problem

HP 2159m monitor problem. I bought this monitor a little while back and when the monitor goes to sleep it never ‘wakes back up again.’ I don’t know why this happens. Here is a video on exactly what happens in my problem. It looks like it never reconnects to the computer again. However, when I restart the computer then it connects to the computer just fine. So I can use the monitor like I am using now but when the monitor goes to sleep I can’t use it again unless I restart my computer. Intended for HP Technicians. Thank you for your time and help. Recorded with LG Dare One single shot No edit **********************Update********************** The problem was my computer. Read comments for a quick fix. I tried it with a different computer and the monitor was able to re-find the connection when I turned if off then back on again.
