Find out if you have a good or bad display Test and compare yours to the video. There seems to be at least 2 different quality displays or display contrast. The better display shown on the black model is more rich and has more vibrant colors. Also the contrast from white to black is much better. The black one in the video also has great viewing at any angle without the colors washing out. All settings are identical both have same software versions 2.2.1, one is made in Taiwan and one is made in china but not sure if this makes a difference. Let me know what you think. NOTE: I don’t own this device any more. I left the Video up to help other users.

i think i describe everything in the vid, but just incase you dont get the gist of it: my black berry is caught in a constant reboot cycle, and the only way to get it out, is to reload the software. i have downloaded and installed the correct operation system for the phone, but when i use try tp use the app loader to reload the device software it tells me i dont have the device software on my computer? really stuck wit this one, and also heard that someone else is having the same problem, any help much appreciated! thanks

Trying to take off the screen. Looking for help. It seems that all screws are out. But there is an issue with the black plastic frame on the bottom left portion and bottom right portion of the frame. IT won’t snap off. I believe there is a screw buried under black circular rubber. Also in the video (sorry about the sound. It was 5somthing am) I am trying to get off the two brackets that hold the LCD together.
