Select Your language, region and wireless network(if you have one). -Now triple click the home button to activate voice over. -Touch the clock at the top of the screen then swipe down with 3 fingers and the notification center should appear. -Double click the weather, click “ok” or “don’t allow” for location. -Press the home button and you should now be on iOS 5 beta and be able to use it.
