To access your computer’s registry, click on the Start Menu and type Run in the search field. Click on Run under Programs at the top of the search results. Type regedit in the Run dialogue box that pops up and click OK. This brings up your Registry Editor. You’re probably working in something like HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE. Click SOFTWARE to your registry database. There are registry cleaners available, but the problem with them is they’ll scan your computer and just guess and check to remove files they don’t think should be there. You’ll definitely want to do a system backup and a registry backup before you use a cleaner. So, keep in mind the dangers of a catchall registry cleaner. In my ultimate stupidity, I Intentionally Visit a maggots website (which I have just reported to Google) and by sheer luck I was able to catch this crippling virus and its effects on live video!
