AMD Extreme Underclocking (Downclocking)

In this video, I’ll be underclocking my AMD Athlon 64 x2 4600+ @ 2.4ghz to 650mhz for each core (2). This causes my system to be quite unstable and my computer has a good chance of crashing when lowering the speed or when I need to change the speed back to normal. Sorry for the video being ahead of the audio because the slow speed cause this problem when I’m recording my voice at the same time on the computer.
