It basically just gets rid of all the junk that gets crammed into every PC, and yes I am talking about Internet Explorer :O. By the way I use Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. Thumbs up If you do too! So as you can see, I could delete over 200MB worth of Cache and Temporary files which are completely unnecessary.
