I have watched the video and I can tell you that the SD card cannot be formatted inside the camera if it is not recognized. To format the SD card again, you would have to use a computer. Here are some links that show you how to reformat an SD card (or MicroSD card) on your Windows computer. We also wrote out the steps for you below. Windows XP, Windows Vista: www.youtube.com Windows 7: www.youtube.com 1) Connect the SD card to your computer by using an external card reader. Save all the files from your SD card that you want to keep to your computer before moving to step 2. Formatting the SD card deletes all the data off of the card. Note — If you’re using a MicroSD card, please insert the Micro SD card into the SD card adapter that came with card. Connect the SD card adapter to your computer by using an external card reader. 2) Click on the Start Menu in the bottom-left corner of your screen, then click on “Computer”. Note — if you have Windows XP, click on “My Computer”. 3) Find your SD card in the “Devices with removable storage” list. It’ll be listed as a “Removable Disk”. 4) Right-click on the Removable Disk to open the dropdown menu. Then click “Format…”. 5) A new window will open.
