You will notice the game running horridly, and how running throttlestop does indeed increase performance/stop the cpu from dropping to 798mhz. At about 4min:30secs, I show the logs, to also show drops it has before running TS. EDIT: There is now a more permanent fix, though still Unofficial, it requires you to flash your bios.
