Unlocking a Wind Mobile Nokia C7 and working on Mobilicity 3G data network (unlocking starts at 03:08). These settings will NOT work on Rogers, Telus, Bell, Fido, Koodo, Virgin, or AT&T, those carriers use different network spectrums (see below).
