And if you are woundering why it seems “Laggy” or “Slow” is because i filmed this on my laptop; which isn’t too powerfull. If you have a slow internet connection, here is how to do it in text: 1. Open up search (Press F3 for ease) 2. Search for “Wga”, with hidden files and folders on! 3. Open up task manager, look for the process called “Wgatray.exe” 4. Do delete on Wgatray.exe, DONT DELETE IT YET! 5. Do end process on Wgatray.exe 6. Click end process and delete at the same time 7. Rename Wgalogon.dll to prevent it re-downloading. 8. Enjoy!

Using some tools like process explorer and task manager can help you determine if your performance issue is due to lack of RAM, or another issue. Sometimes your system can be running slow for another reason altogether, such as failing hardware, or a run away process in the background. Using the right tool might just save you some time and trouble of isolating the real problem.

I am going to show you how to fix this problem if it happens to you. In this video there will be no uninstalling of anything its a very simple fix. Steps: 1. Make sure its your USB ports not working and not your device 2. Once you determined it’s your USB ports shut down your computer. 3. Unplug the 3 prong power cable from the back of the computer. 4. Let the computer sit unplugged for approx. 5 min 5. Plug the power cord back into the computer. 6. Boot up the computer and test the USB ports with your device. if this technique does not work for you leave a comment and I will help you fix it
