Please Help- Audio Problem With Gateway GT5238E
For any You Tube users who accidentally stumbled on this video and wasted their time watching it I’m very sorry, I’m just looking for help. Whenever one of my CD/DVD disk drives is active, the sound through the speakers from my computer becomes choppy and very scratchy, is there any reason/solution for this problem. By active I mean either burning or playing a DVD or CD. When the drives are inactive the sound is excellent. The problem is not because of the speakers, I have tested it myself, the Windows troubleshoot does not detect any hardware conflict either, however I don’t believe it to be true. My guess is that the drive cables are interrupting the motherboards activity via electromagnetic fields but there not even in contact with the mother board, however the rest of the system continues to functions normally when drives are active. Though, when playing CD or DVD games, after installing them the sound remains normal during play? Problem with monitor – Fujitsu Siemens B17
Hi guys, I’ve got a bit of a problem with this monitor. It wont turn on – every time I try and do so, it just flickers like you can see now. The light down the bottom will just turn on and off as if its just about to boot up, and then the logo will flash in the middle, but then it just powers down and keeps re-cycling itself. There’s a slight pop from the speakers which you may be able to make out, but that doesn’t happen on my secondary monitor over here. So, I really don’t have any idea what’s going on. I’ve tried taking the power out and disabling the screen, taking all the cables out and leaving it for a while and that hasn’t helped. So if anybody has any ideas or suggestions, I’d love to hear them. Thanks!
