24" Acer Monitor Problem

I hate such problems… every time when you turn the monitor on you get these artifacts. But about 30 seconds later you can use it without any problems, until you shut it down that is… It seems that the power supply (manufactured by Fortron) had some failed capacitors, because after replacing them the display was back to normal.
