Stupid Computer Problem IN HD! RAWR! No Monitor Visual!

Recorded on August 28, 2011 using a Flip Video camera. Somewhat explains in video. Can I get 1000 views? Or 100 Likes? The computer is POWERED, and everything else is running. But my MONITOR wont turn on when I BOOT, and I figured what my problem was it was from SURGES even though I had a SURGE PROTECTOR.
