Samsung LCD monitor problem during booting [Part 1]

This problem arouse whenever I’m booting my pc , a blank screen with white lines would just pop out when the screen supposed to show the OS selected screen(my pc multiboot windows xp and 7).But luckily I know the sequence of the OS(first choice is xp while the other is 7),so I just need to press enter for xp or press the down arrow button for 7.This problem would also arouse whenever I boot a disc which is not graphical(like windows xp installation disc).I can’t even see the actual content on the disc.Besides that it will slowly change color which I would show it on PART 2 Video because i accidentally press the stop recording button of my camera so the video is separated.Anyway everything is fine right after i boot into the OS,and I don’t know why it doesn’t show this kind of problem whenever I booted into a graphical CD like windows vista or 7 installation disc.Any idea?
