How-To: Manage the Devices Registered to Your Norton Account

Watch Norton’s Support team expert Brendan Toch walk you through how to manage all of your devices registered to your Norton account. www.norton.com Transcript Hi I’m Brendan Toch with Norton Support. I would like to walk you through the steps to protect your computer by downloading and installing the Norton product registered to your account. To get started, first open your browser and go to manage.norton.com from the computer you need to protect.Click the Sign In button and enter your Norton Account email address and password. This is the email address and password you used when you registered or purchased your product. When you log in, click My Account at the top of the page. Find your current product with the correct expiration date and click the download button to the right. Then click the Start Download button on the next page and follow the instructions displayed. If you are using Internet Explorer, choose the Run option. For other browsers, save and run the downloaded file. This will start the download and installation process. After the download is complete the installation process is very fast and should take less than minute and your product will automatically be activated. Click the explore button to check out your product. If you have any problems, accessing your Norton Account, visit us at norton.com/nahelp. Thank you for being a Norton customer.
