Play the second part of this video beneath the stuck pixel to attempt to unfreeze it and if you wish gently rub the area with a Q-Tip or a similar material which will not damage or scratch the screen, it may take 4-5 tries to make this work, but this works most of the time. Please however, bare in mind this technique doesn’t work 100% of the time.
