No need to go to a professional. Just follow these steps. Instructions Step 1 Remove key cover from a key that is working so that only the cover comes off, leaving the insides intact. This will aid you in knowing exactly how the key should be put back together. Step 2 Identify the “key retainers” which are small plastic parts that hold the rubber gasket in place. There likely will be two pieces that may interlock together and snap in place at four different points. Use tweezers to gently lift the retainers up and make note of how they link and where they snap together. Step 3 Use the tweezers to unsnap the retainers you need to replace the rubber gasket underneath. Start by unsnapping the inner retainer from the outer one, one side at a time. Then unsnap one end, again one side at a time. Finish removing the final gasket by softly pulling it out with your fingers. Step 4 Assemble the plastic key retainers to resemble the working key if the retainers are being replaced. If the rubber gasket needs replacing, remove the worn piece and replace with the new rubber gasket. Step 5 Push the key retainer gently over the rubber gasket until it snaps into place on the keyboard. My Samsung American style fridge started to get warm and ice built up in the fridge section, the freezer side was fine. After searching the internet to find costly repair methods, I decided to fix it myself for nothing but 3 hours light work. Fridge model is Samsung RS20 RS21 or similar and this is a common problem with these fridges.

HP Pavilion DV series are known for their issues with the cooling system, resulting in melting the video chip’s solder and moving the video chip over if the laptop is set at an angle (like with an oversized 9 or 12 cell battery). The fix we found came from the XBox 360 fix of the red flashing light, also caused by a problem with video. You would normally want to use a re-flow station specifically made for this purpose, however, if you are like me, just bake the thing at around 400 degrees for 10mins on a flat surface, which will melt the solder and allow the suction under the video chip to pull itself back into place. So there you go – baking he motherboard fixed the issue!

Samsung S27A850D Display does not pick up the signal of a PC: Dell Studio XPS with a ATI Radeon HD 3600 video adapter. Also tried other pc’s but all showed the same problem. You have to start up with a split screen and after the operating system is loaded you can go back to the full screen. After repair by Samsung, the monitor worked fine. They told me it was a problem with the power supply?
