Welcome to my first tutorial. First of all, I try in this video to make my best so please,don’t be mad with me 🙂 I know there is’nt many video about that on youtube so I guest I will really help you guys out. Like I say in the video, if you harm you’r computer, it is NOT my fault. Another thing that I want to say is that my english suck. I am a french speaker so don’t show me my spelling errors. If you’ve had bad luck attempting to change an individuals behavior on your own personal PC, then this video is for you. We all want to believe our friends and family are looking out for what is best for us, but the problem simply is they quite often don’t realize how much they can affect our own personal computers with their behavior. Having problems with your keyboard? How to change your default keyboard layout within Windows 7 and Windows Vista. This is a keyboard problem that a lot of non US computer users run into when using a new computer or one that is newly formatted. Users find that some of the keys on the keyboard don’t seem to match what is appearing on the screen in front of them when pressed. The two main keys are the @ and “(2) which switch places. What is happening is that by default, Windows will setup a US keyboard layout at install which when used on a physical UK keyboard doesn’t match up the @ and “. This is a really quick and easy problem to solve which just requires a couple of settings to be changed within Windows.

Bethesda and id software launched RAGE on Tuesday, Oct 4th, however many PC users are complaining about framerate stuttering, texture pop-in, and many other performance issues. Luckily, the gaming community is quickly discovering some work-arounds until id releases its first patch. Watch this video to learn how to: 1. Apply GPU Transcoding options for high-end graphics cards 2. Create a game cache folder that RAGE most likely forgot to create during installation 3. For nVidia GeForce users, tweak your GPU hardware settings (vertical sync) in the nVidia Control Panel UPDATED NEWS: ———————— October 6th: You can also add some launch options to the game if you have purchased the Steam version: 1. In your Steam library, right click RAGE, click Properties, and click the Set Launch Options button. 2. Paste in this launch options string: +cvaradd g_fov 12 +com_skipIntroVideo 1 +image_anisotropy 16 +image_usecompression 0 +g_showplayershadow 1 +m_smooth 1 3. Click OK. This string changes a number of things. Most importantly, it disables the compression of textures, which hogs more memory but allows the textures to load significantly faster and with less fps stuttering.
